Fruit/Rum Cake Loaf

A delicious traditional Caribbean cake, with a deep flavour from rum-soaked fruits. Soaked in Jamaican White Rum and red wine for a few months before being used to make the cake, and they are lightly minced to better absorb the rum and wine. Rum is poured over the finished cake for a final hit of flavour!
